Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of personalised coaching at a time or batch convenient for you. Please note that when you sign up for any of our courses, your classes are for 30 days/60 days from the Course Start Date, not 30/60 classes at any time. Please make sure to attend all the classes during this period as only classes which are cancelled by the teacher will be rescheduled.

To ensure that all students receive a fair amount of individual attention, when you sign up for a class we block out the whole schedule of a teacher for an entire month. Therefore if you opt out of classes, the slot in your batch stays empty, hence our cancellation charges is as follows:

- Between 1 to 2 days from Course Start Date - 20% of Course Fee
- Between 3 to 5 days from Course Start Date - 40% of Course Fee
- Above 5 days from Course Start Date - 100% of Course Fee
